Welcome to Aloha All Day website. Mahalo nui loa for  your business! Please read our policy carefully before placing your order, as it outlines the terms of your purchase.

 

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our garments and limited-run collections, all purchases made alohaalldayhawaii.com are considered final. Once a transaction is completed, items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. 

  • For any approved exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. This includes the cost to send the original item back to our facility and the shipping cost to send the replacement item back to you.

  • Original Condition Required: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached.

  • Original Packaging: The garment must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit. 

2. Exceptions to the Policy

We stand by the quality of our clothing. The only exceptions to our "All Sales Are Final" policy are:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 5-7 days of receiving your order.

  • Incorrect Items: If you received an item or size completely different from what you ordered. 

For approved exceptions, we will gladly offer a replacement (if the item is in stock) or a full refund. Please note that to qualify for an exception, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached and in original packaging.

 

3. How to Report an Issue

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at alohaallday.hawaii@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or the incorrect item received

  • Your name and shipping address 

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to proceed. 

 

4. Sizing and Product Information

Because we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, we highly recommend reviewing the Sizing Guide provided on each product page prior to checkout. If you have any questions regarding the fit, fabric, or measurements of a specific garment, please reach out to us at alohaallday.hawaii@gmail.com before placing your order.
